Booking Policy

Stay & Play Booking Policy At Little Explorers Soft Play & Events, we want our Stay & Play sessions to be fun, safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please read our booking policy before making a booking. Booking Your Session Spaces for our Stay & Play sessions are limited and must be booked in advance. Your place is only confirmed once your booking has been completed and payment has been received, where applicable. Payments Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated, we do allowed walks in for stay and play sessions. Please ensure you select the correct session when booking, as spaces are limited. Cancellations & Changes If you are unable to attend your booked session, please let us know as soon as possible. Stay & Play bookings are non-refundable, but we may be able to transfer your booking to another session, subject to availability. Session changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Safety & Supervision A responsible parent or carer must remain on the premises and supervise their child/children at all times. Children must use the equipment safely and follow any instructions given by the Little Explorers team. Please ensure children are dressed appropriately for play and socks Must be worn at all times. We don’t allowed pack lunch due to allergies Illness For the safety and wellbeing of all our little explorers, please do not attend if your child is unwell or has an infectious illness. Stay & Play Sessions Our Stay & Play sessions are designed for children to play, explore and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment. Please be aware that children play at their own risk and parents/carers remain responsible for their child/children during the session. Parent/Carer Responsibility & Safety A parent or responsible adult must remain on the premises and supervise their child/children at all times during the Stay & Play session. By booking a session, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow our safety rules and any instructions given by the Little Explorers Soft Play & Events team. Children must use the play equipment safely and appropriately. Little Explorers Soft Play & Events will take reasonable care to provide a safe and well-maintained play environment. Nothing in these terms limits any legal responsibility that we cannot legally exclude.
